The Suspicion.
Rasmus developed
normal until he was 15 months.
Approx. 3
weeks after the MFR vaccination he lost his, according to his age normal,
vocabulary completely and from then on he could only emit monotone sounds.
Was it the MFR vaccination, which caused this? This, I obviously have
researched a little.
There are many different theories around on the Internet, which speaks for
or against that vaccinations may be contributing to cause autism, for
example, mercury poisoning from the vaccination preservative (Thimerosal).
This substance,
however, was phased out in Denmark in the early 90 s, so this eliminates
this theory.
Others claim that the virus from the vaccination may cause autism, which the
Danish SERUM Institute scientific reject. I
can not conclude anything with certainty,
but one thing is certain.
If I were to have more children, they would not have the MFR vaccine in such
an young age and certainly not the 3 vaccines in one go. The vaccines
should be given one at the time with at least a couple of months in
between each of them, in order to avoid to stress the immune system
unnecessary.
Well, back to Rasmus.
As Rasmus lost his language, he also lost at the same time some social
skills.
From that in all areas to have been "top
grades" of child nurse, then it became difficult to get in eye
contact with Rasmus.
Rasmus started to play in a monotone
manner.
For example, he could lie on the floor and move the door back and forth
for a very long time while he carefully studied the door.
Similarly, he was with his fingers spinning the wheels of the toy cars
instead of driving them around on the floor.
Rasmus's play was completely without
fantasy and all his games were now based on repetitious games based on
movements.
We got massive problems with Rasmus's
sleeping pattern. In periods
Rasmus
would simply not sleep at night.
We also experienced growing frustration from Rasmus, when he could not
explain himself to us.
Sometimes it resulted in a rage where he
could fall down on the floor and knock his head down into the floor.
